Not going back to what was “normal.” Moving forward to what is next.
Therapy for individuals, couples, and families in the twin cities & NW SUBURBS, mn
I help overwhelmed parents, families, and couples process painful experiences, repair relationships, and get unstuck.
Hi, I’m Christine.
I want to help you live well in everyday life.
I care deeply about what you’re going through right now. This is an environment where you can feel safe opening up about these things, and then receive the support you need to move through them in productive, life-changing ways.
Therapy with me is honest and no-fluff. We’ll laugh, we might cry, and there may even be a swear word or two. This is a space dedicated to you and your wellbeing, and I’m honored to get to do this work alongside you.
Specialties
-
Separation and divorce are difficult on you, and they’re difficult on your kids. As a Qualified Neutral under MN 114 ADR, I’ll help you find ways to co-parent successfully and prioritize the wellbeing of your children.
-
Painful experiences have a way of making you feel powerless, defined by what’s happened to you. I’m trained in EMDR and other trauma treatments to help you take your power back and move into the future with purpose, peace, and confidence.

For individuals, couples, and families navigating infidelity or high conflict, blended families, or preparing to take the next step in their relationship. Invest, repair, move forward.
Specialties
Life, family, relationships…this stuff can be really hard.
Persistent reminders of painful past experiences
Healing from infidelity or conflict
Experiencing the ups and downs of living in a blended family
Navigating co-parenting amidst anger, pain, and disagreement
But as hard as these things can be, they don’t have to define you.
In this space, we believe in the power of “And,”.
Therapy with me is about realizing there is always the possibility for something more: more growth, more understanding, more insight. So even when it feels like life has dealt you a stopping point, I’ll remind you there’s always an “And,” at the end of it.
